I have an idea in my head, can I send you some sketches (however rough)
Absolutely! It’s actually quite helpful in understanding what you want your final logo to look like and what type of branding you’re going for.
In what formats will I receive my files?
You’ll receive several files in the form of .ai, eps and pdf. All the logos we design are in what’s called a vector format, meaning you can shrink or scale up the size but the quality remains.
What are your turn around times like?
We typically have the first draft of proofs within 5 days but the whole process, including revisions, takes around a week and a half to two weeks, just depending on how well we nail your vision the first time.
I'm pretty busy, can we do all this via email?
The majority of our clients are interstate or overseas so communication via email is perfect. It also leaves a ‘paper’ trail so nothing is forgotten or lost. But in saying that are still happy to pick up the phone should you want call.
